무엇인가요?

Potica is a soft, rolled-up cake made from sweet dough wrapped around a thick layer of ground walnuts, honey, and sometimes raisins. Slovenian families bake it for Christmas, Easter, and big celebrations.

더 알려주세요

The dough is rolled out flat, spread thickly with the filling, then rolled into a long log and curled into a round tin to bake.

When you slice it, you can see the dark swirl of nuts spiralling all the way through.

Every family has its own recipe - some use poppy seeds or tarragon instead of walnuts.
